In the bonnie highlands of Ireland, "The Ballad of Nessie" is a whimsical tall tale of the friendly Loch Ness monster. It is the story of Nessie and her friend MacQuack the rubber duck who live on the moore. That is until a greedy land developer named MacFroggle wants to build a mini golf course smack in the middle of Nessie's home!
